Simple Tension Seeker
The DMR Simple Tension Seeker is designed for harder riding styles, fit it for Street, Dirt Jumping and Trials. The tension seeker's stainless steel arm is tough and tucked out of harms way and the PU pulley runs on sealed bearings for durability. The DMR simple tension seeker converts geared bikes to single speed and bolts into most vertical dropouts in minutes, tensioning the chain is simple, the STS is then securely clamped in place.
Designed to run with a geared chain, this limits the cost of going single speed on your existing geared mountain bike. Remove your shifters and mechs, fit the DMR STS behind your quick release (please note not for nutted axles) and you're ready to ride. The DMR Simple Tension Seeker is now available as a combo kit with the DMR Single Speed Spacer kit.

Many riders when changing their geared bike to single speed, wish to save a lot of weight by removing their cassette and fitting a single speed spacer kit to their free hub. This nifty DMR STS combo kit does it in one hit, and saves you money to boot!
The supplied single speed sprocket will work with 5 to 10 speed chains. For best performance please use an 8 speed chain.
Single Speed Spacer Kit
This DMR single speed spacer kit makes it simple to ditch your gears and run a single speed set up without buying a new wheel. The single speed spacer kit includes alloy spacers, a lock nut and a 16t cog.
The supplied single speed sprocket will work with 5 to 10 speed chains. For best performance please use an 8 speed chain.
