The DMR Vault axle with the groove and uses the right hand thread nut is the left hand (non drive side) axle. This axle tightens into the crank anticlockwise.
The DMR Vault axle without the groove and uses the left hand thread nut is the right hand (drive side) axle. This axle tightens into the crank clockwise.
